Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be email to you after ship out your order. Shipping takes 5-9 business days. Shipping is made via EMS,so you can enjoy free shipping.
We Currently offer Free Shipping Internationally. However, apart from some countries, EMS are not accepted, you will have to pay additional freight charges to us, such as Netherlands, Slovenia, Cyprus, Poland etc.
Return & Exchange
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox.
Please submit your return request by email to bootonly@only-trade.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back to BootOnly.com must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.
Return: Buyer pays for shipping back to BootOnly.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your account in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, a $30 shipping & handling fee ($30 for first 1 items and $8 for each additional item returned) will be retained to cover shipping charge.
*Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. BootOnly.com receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by X RATE.
Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to BootOnly.com. The $35 will be used ship the exchanged item back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to BootOnly.com must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
